RUST SCREEN WALL

When Bolt decided to open its San Francisco Headquarters they reached out to me to ask me to bid on a Sculptural screen wall and shipping container office for their new space. They had already hired a well regarded San Francisco architecture firm to build out the main space in the office, but wanted to see proposals from smaller artists and designers for the more ‘interdisciplinary spaces’. After rounds of proposals and meetings I was hired to design and build both spaces, about two days later I was on a plane from New York to San Francisco to start the project.

SCREEN WALL, 2017 by Hannah Vaughan Studio. Large architectural interior screen for San Francisco office. 25’ tall steel panels with hand applied rust patina creating a permeable dividing wall in the office between public space and private offices.
